Admissions

All families wishing to register their child for a place at our nursery must submit a completed registration form, admission to our nursery is managed by our Nursery Manager who will be able to advise of the spaces we have available.

Once parents get in touch with us to make an initial enquiry, we then find out more about your child to check we can meet your requirements and we have space available, confirming the age of the child, a possible start date and the sessions they require to make sure we can offer what you need, if we can we would then look to invite you and your child to a visit to the Nursery.

In addition, we do offer open days throughout the year for your family to visit on a visitors/open day. We usually hold these on selected weekend dates throughout the year, this is great for those parents looking ahead and considering for a future placement for their child.

During your visit to us parents are given a registration form and detailed fee structure and any questions answered.

Once we receive back from you a signed registration form, a registration fee of £25.00 is payable this is to secure your child’s place.

Shortly before your child’s official start date we will get in contact with parents to arrange settling in sessions. Settling in sessions are free, they take place during the two weeks prior to the start date on the same days that a child is booked to attend. The hours gradually build up over the two weeks. Some children may require more sessions and others less, every child is different, so we work with parents to ensure children are settled.

We ask that children attend a minimum of twice a week (full days or AM sessions).

We offer full days 8am to 6pm or morning sessions 8am to 6pm. Optional early starts are available at extra cost from 7.30am.

Child places are throughout the year or a limited number of Term Time Only places.

We do offer a limited number of term time only placements depending on available spaces.  We accept a wide range of childcare vouchers and are registered to receive Early Education Funding (EEF) for eligible children. Fees will be increased in September each year, please visit our fees page for further information on our daily rates.
