We are currently recruiting for level 2 and 3 nursery practitioners to join our nursery to work in our baby room.  As a family founded nursery our values, and providing children with the very best start to life is at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for dedicated, caring and enthusiastic early years providers to join our amazing team.

Nursery Practitioner: Full Time 

Job Type: Full-time, 37 hours per week working over 4 days.

Full Time Hours – from 8am – 6pm.

Location: Hatton Children’s Nursery, Hatton Country World, Hatton, Warwick, CV35 8AX

 Your role will include

  • Carry out a key person role (Level 3), building great trusting relationships with our parents and children, ensuring the children’s individual care and learning needs are being met.
  • Provide a happy, safe, caring and stimulating environment both indoors and outdoors.
  • Act as part of a team to support children’s development and learning journey throughout their time at Nursery.
  • Plan, prepare and supervise children’s activities in line with the EYFS requirements.
  • Observe, monitor and record children’s progress.
  • Give praise often and celebrate children’s achievements.
  • Include and support every child, ensuring they are all treated equally and with respect.
  • Be a positive role model for the children. Prospects for internal promotion.
  • DBS check costs covered.

You will ideally have:

  • A caring nurturing nature, with a genuine love for inspiring and working with children through fun and lots of engaging play.
  • Previous childcare experience in an early year setting (preferred but not essential)
  • A good understanding of the latest EYFS framework.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and policies.
  • A level 3 NNEB, NVQ, Cache or recognised equivalent Early Years Childcare qualification, OR a suitable Level 2 Childcare qualification.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Nursery: 1 year experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Childcare: 1 year experience essential
