
We aim to keep things straightforward and easy for parents and have established a simple fee structure which is fully inclusive to include meals, snacks, drinks, nappies and wipes, plus daily use of Hatton Adventure World, including the indoor sensory and soft play area and access to our private woodland and Forest School programme, plus children’s very own vegetable garden.
Hatton Children’s Nursery is a full day care setting open for 51 weeks of the year; all fees are based on a child attending throughout the year. We offer a limited number of term time only places. We are registered to receive Early Education Funding (EEF) which provides free hours for eligible children.
The following outlines fees effective from 01 October 2024.

We are open Monday to Friday all year round and closed for a week between Christmas and New Year Parents are NOT charged fees during this closed period.
Early starters
Early starts at 7.30am are available if booked on a regular basis; these are charged as separate sessions at an additional £4.50 per day for all age groups.
Fee payment
Nursery accepts payment through childcare vouchers, cash, cheques, payment via the Government tax free childcare scheme or internet bank payments.
Fee invoices are issued at the beginning of each month, payment is then due 10 days after receipt of invoice.
Any late payments will incur a late payment fee of £20.00.
There is no reduction in fees for statutory or family holidays, but there are no fees due for our Christmas closure.
Fees are normally increased annually at the beginning of September, however we reserve the right to review and adjust fees during the year.

Free hours are provided for 38 weeks of the year (school term times) Children eligible for 15 hours receive 570 free hours a year, when stretched it provides 47.5 free hours each month. These free hours are deducted from the monthly invoices. Children eligible for a further extended 15 hours receive 1140 free hours a year stretched this provides 95 free hours per month. These free hours are deducted from the monthly invoice.
